1. Miami Dolphins (1-15) - JAKE LONG (OL) MICHIGAN - It is clear that this team needs just about every position to be filled. Even RB because Ronnie Brown has not turned out the way they would have liked.  I could definitely see them snatching McFadden, just because a player like him doesn't come along every year.  However, with that said, I feel like they could help themselves more by giving Brown a better chance to run, and whoever is going to throw the ball more time to do so.  They lost three guys at the O-Line and that is why I have the Dolphins taking Jake Long with the first pick.  This guy is a mammoth at 6'7" 315lbs! Yet he is quick enough to play tackle or guard and has great hands and feet.

2. St. Louis Rams (3-13) - CHRIS LONG (DE) VIRGINIA - Well, last year was rough for the Rams.  Their O-Line was terrible and the offense was brutal, but that could be attributed to the injuries everywhere on offense.  It's the defense that needs the most help.  They allowed the second most points last year, and were never getting to the quarterback.  So, I have the Rams taking Chris Long.  This guy was a stand-out at the combine, and should be able to do both pass rush and defend the run.

3. Atlanta Falcons (4-12) -  Leodis McKelvin (CB) TROY - After losing Hall the Falcons are going to need some secondary help.  The nice thing about McKelvin is that the guy is a burner and has a nack for kick returning.  He tied the NCAA for touchdown returns... He has the all time all purpose yard record at Troy and 3rd best in the Sun Belt conference.  AS A CORNERBACK!!  He has only 8 receptions for 300 yards on offense.  That means in three years he had 3,000 return yards.  On top of 12 INTs in the two years he started.

4. Oakland Raiders (4-12) - Darren McFadden (RB) Arkansas- As a person who is not a fan of the Raiders it is with a heavy heart that I say they are going to receive the best player in the draft this year.  This guy was a Heisman runner up twice, won the doak walker award twice(college's best RB), and shatter numerous SEC records along the way. But who's records?  Bo Jackson(auburn), Herschel Walker(Georgia), and Emmit Smith(Flordia), those guys were pretty good...  The raiders are definitely going to get a shot in the arm with the things McFadden is going to do.

5. Kansas City Chiefs (4-12)  - Matt Ryan (QB) Boston College -  The Chiefs had no running game with L.J hurt. And what is worse they had no passing game with an old Trent Green gone.  Its true they need a lot of secondary help.  But if he is still available, I expect them to take Ryan to really help their offense.  After all, they really need someone better than Croyle who can get the ball to Gonzales and now 2nd year stand out receiver Dwayne Bowe.

6. New York Jets (4-12) - Vernon Gholston (DE) Ohio State - It amazes me that the Jets were only 4-12.  They were decent last year.  What is the biggest thing they missed?  A pass rush.  With 22.5 sacks in two seasons at THE Ohio State University, Gholston will give em what they need.

7. New England Patriots (16-0) Ryan Clady (OL) Boise State - For going 16-0, for losing the biggest game of your life, for being fined the league maximum for illegally recording your opponents, you receive A TOP 10 PICK!!!! Congratulations!!!  With all the time Brady spent on his back during the Superbowl, they will need some help protecting him.  This guy is a beast in pass protection.  He was an All-American as a redshirt freshman....

8. Baltimore Ravens (5-11) Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (CB) Tennessee St - This guys combine was sick.  His stock rose faster than the cost of gas in the U.S.  He obviously comes from a talented family being the brother of San Diego's Anthony Cromartie.  The Ravens found them selves lacking depth at secondary when McAllister and Rolle hit the IR.

9. Cincinati Bengals (7-9) Glen Dorsey (DT) LSU - After losing Justin Smith, they need some help on the defensive line.  I look for them to take Dorsey here.  We know he can play hurt, because his last season was played on a bum knee.  And it is that same bum knee that will keep him out of the top five.

10. New Orleans Saints (7-9) Chris Williams (OL) Vanderbilt – The saints need some help.  The defense was ok, the secondary was rough.  They could take a running back.  But what they should do is fortify an offensive line for Bush to run behind.

11. Buffalo Bills (7-9) Keith Rivers (OLB) USC – The bills defense is far removed from the great defense of a couple of years ago.  Rivers has exceptional speed, and the front seven will really benefit from him.  Especially in that division.

12. Denver Broncos (7-9) Desean Jackson (WR) UCLA – The broncos need another receiver to complement Walker. Jackson is big, fast, and physical.

13. Carolina Panthers (7-9) Malcolm Kelly (WR) Oklahoma – The Panthers offense is anything but good.  Kelly is a big 6-4 receiver that will help out Smith and the passing game.

14. Chicago Bears (7-9) Rashard Mendenhall (RB) Illinois – The Bears will need to get back to the smash mouth ball controlling running game.  With the inconsistent Benson, Mendenhall will be great in their system.

15. Detroit Lions (7-9) Mike Jenkins (CB) South Florida – The Lions have NEVER been good in my memory.  They already signed one good CB.  Jenkins will make it two.

16. Arizona Cardinals (8-8) Felix Jones (RB) Arkansas – How old is EDGE?  100? 200?  Too old, that is for sure.  Felix should be able to give the Cardinals a really great balanced attack.

17. Minnesota Vikings (8-8) Derrek Harvey (DE) Florida – With Minnesota being happy with the quarterback position, I expect them to add another pass rusher.

18. Houston Texans (8-8) Aqib Talib (CB) Kansas – They could go running back, but with Stewart's injury, they need a cornerback.

19. Philadelphia Eagles (8-8) Kenny Phillips (S) Miami – It looks like Philly really are looking forward to upping their secondary. The versatility of Phillips will really help Dawkins do what he does best.

20. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-7) Devin Thomas (WR) Michigan State – The playmaking ability and speed of Thomas will be great for the pass stretching game of Tampa Bay.

21. Washington Redskins (5-11) FROM INDIANAPOLIS Limas Sweed (WR) Texas – I really expect the 49ers to draft a big, athletic receiver to combat some of the great CBs in that division.

22. Dallas Cowboys (13-3) Justin King (CB) Penn State - Dallas need secondary, its a fact.  It is what killed them last year.  King was a great playmaker at Penn State.

23. Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) Branden Albert (G) Virginia - With the loss of Alan Faneca the Steelers need another big guy for that position...

24. Tennesse Titans (10-6) Malcolm Kelly (WR) Oklahoma - This team has come a long way in the past years.  With resigning Haynesworth, I look for them to draft a big physical receiver.

25. Seattle Seahawks (10-6) Dustin Keller (TE) Purdue - After signing Jones, and having lots of receivers, and a solid defense.... TE is a major need.  Keller will be a great target for Hasselbeck.

26. Jacksonville Jaguars (11-5) Quiten Groves (LB) Auburn - Their offense is pretty good, but the defense needs some speed around the middle.  Groves is good for that.

27. San Deigo Chargers (11-5) Sedrick Ellis (DT) USC - We know they have a good secondary after years of drafting the position.  After getting chambers their only huge need is on the inside of the defense. Ellis should free up some of the playmakers on that defense with his pass rush.

28. Dallas Cowboys (13-3)  Mario Manningham (WR) Michigan - The Cowboys would love another playmaking receiver.  Manningham would be a good choice. It just might happen if they don't trade up because Manningham's combine wasn't great.

29. San Fransisco (5-11) Gosder Cherilus (OT) Boston College - The 49ers love him. They even said so right after the senior bowl where his performance really helped his stock. We all know that the line needs the help.

30. Green Bay Packers (13-3) Fred Davis (TE) USC - After losing Franks and Favre, they are going to want to get Rodgers some help.  Fred Davis is a big-play tight end.

31. New York Giants (10-6) Jerod Mayo (LB) Tennessee - The Giants have been talking about wanting to move back Kiwanuka to DE, drafting a LB will let that happen.  Since Strahan might be a no-go next year, this has to be their most pressing need.

Well, I hope you enjoy my picks... I will talk more later about what actually happens and how that should effect your fantasy teams.  There will be lots more NFL info in the months to come.
